DP3 Architects Awarded Contract for the Municipal Services Complex at Clemson University

DP3 Architects, Ltd. has been selected to provide design services for the Municipal Services Complex on the campus of Clemson University.

The complex will house the Clemson University Police Department, the Fire Department for the University and the City of Clemson, the University Parking Services Offices, and the University Municipal Court, in one location. The project will follow the principles of the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) as it relates to new construction projects and will strive to attain a silver certification.
