DP3 Architects Provided Design Services for a New Subway Restaurant on Augusta Street

DP3 Architects has recently completed the design for a new Subway restaurant on Augusta Road.  The 1,400 square foot, brick building features a 2 story dining space giving the building prominent street frontage.  This new project replaces the existing Subway previously located on the site of the first Subway in Greenville and adds a drive through for better convenience.  The design incorporates sustainable features such as water saving plumbing fixtures, LED exterior lighting, and proper building orientation to reduce heat gain within the space.  The new urban design is anticipated to be adapted to future locations.
