DP3 Architects Selected for South Carolina School for the Deaf and Blind Project

DP3 Architects has been selected to provide design and renovation services for the Herbert Center Renovation project for the South Carolina School for the Deaf and Blind. The 73,000 SF Herbert Center Renovation project encompases overall improvements to this educational building which also includes student housing, a gymnasium, kitchen and dining room. In addition, the project includes mechanical, electrical and accessiblity improvements; as well as the design of a new two-story wing to accommodate student housing and physical, occupational, and speech therapy space. The project will be designed to achieve a LEED Silver designation.
