This new 110,000 square foot student center at Winthrop University also includes the development of a new three-acre Central Campus Green. A two-story lobby will feature a visual display monitor wall, a coffee house, bookstore, and a concourse for pedestrian traffic. Additional program functions include a post office, food court, game rooms, lounges, meeting and conference rooms, auditorium, and offices. Also included will be a 400-seat multi-purpose hall and a 28-seat private dining room with adjacent pre-function area and boardroom.
