The project included the overall renovation of the 102,300 square foot building starting with a programming needs study and master plan of the facility.

The first phase of the project has recently been completed and includes renovations to the football locker room, baseball and basketball coaches offices, and the strength training area. The project will also include sports information facilities, athletic administration areas, student athlete team meeting rooms and lounges, video preparation and archives, training facilities, equipment areas, and support facilities.
