DP3 Architects owns and maintains their offices in this 1898 building listed on National Register of Historic Places. Renovation / restoration work included restoration of existing brickwork, restoration of exterior openings, new interior partitions and finishes, new mechanical and electrical systems, new CAT5 voice/data/communications network and UPS backup.
