- DP3 Architects provided planning, design, and construction administration services for the $10 million Pleasant Ridge Camp and Retreat Center. This new facility will play host to Camp Spearhead and Camp Courage. The camp is centered around a 17,000 square foot lodge incorporating meeting and dining facilities, administrative offices, and private sleeping suites. Twelve single and double cabins are spread throughout the site to house 160 campers and staff. To round out the camp experience, the campus has a 10,500 square foot open-air sports pavilion which includes a full size basketball court, stage, concessions, rest rooms, therapeutic/recreation swimming pool with zero-depth entry and a spray pad/water play area.
