- DP3 Architects provided services to design a new 7,250 SF prototype restaurant with full-service kitchen and bar. The floor plan is a radial design with an interior firepit as the focal point. The design is reminiscent of authentic American southwest architecture, combining the red rock formations of Sedona, AZ with native Southwest American cliff dwellings and the Pueblo style of Santa Fe, NM. Interior decor is minimal; using artifacts of the American Southwest displayed in a museum-like setting. Red rock formations dominate the entry and the main circulation spaces of the restaurant. The restaurant seats 238 patrons inside, and has patio space to accommodate additional 104 seats. The atmosphere is a culmination of the five senses, combining the feels, sights, and sounds of the Southwest with the tastes and smells of southwest cuisine.
