- DP3 Architects is currently providing design services to Kainos Partners for multiple Dunkin’ Donuts projects throughout the Upstate of South Carolina including the design of the free-standing Kainos 2015 Dunkin’ Donuts prototype. The 2,100 SF, 24-seat prototype will be site adapted on multiple locations for Kainos Partners, and includes retail space, a prep kitchen, drive-thru service and an optional dining patio. Tenant upfit adaptations using prototype elements range from 800 to 2,400 SF.
