- This facility is a joint effort of two upstate communities in conjunction with the Foothills Area YMCA. The structure is a new 30,000 SF municipal recreation/YMCA facility. Functional areas include dual basketball courts, gymnasium, natatorium with separate 25 yard lap and teaching/therapy pools, 3,000 SF weight and cardiovascular training area, 3,000 SF aerobics studio, male and female locker rooms and lobby with reception area and central control desk.
