- DP3 Architects provided total project design and coordination for the construction of a 3,700 square foot clubhouse including large meeting areas, dining facilities, card room, bar, kitchen facilities, sales office, covered deck areas, and support facilities. The project also includes junior olympic-size swimming pool with related concession, toilet, and deck areas; four tennis courts, soccer field, and twin stone fireplaces.
