Easley Fire Station and Public Works Facility
DP3 Architects is providing architectural and interior design services to renovate and expand the City of Easley’s fire station and public works facility. The existing, 7,500-square-foot fire station is being renovated and expanded by 9,700 square feet to provide an additional apparatus bay, new administrative space, living quarters, and a community room. The existing public works facility will move to a new site and be combined with recreation maintenance to create a new operations center. The new center includes a 7,100-square-foot administration building with an emergency operations center and a 13,000-square-foot fleet maintenance building, fuel island, and requisite site work.
