First Carolina Bank

First Carolina Bank is a full-service community bank that is fiercely committed to serving its clients well. They were recently rated as the fastest organically growing bank in the US and are expanding rapidly throughout the southeast. DP3 Architects is privileged to partner with First Carolina Bank to design their first branch in The Upstate, located close to downtown Greenville, SC. This project is a full exterior and interior 5,500 square foot renovation of a 60s building. In coordination with the brand’s in-house architect team, HH Architecture, DP3 Architects will be completely updating and enhancing the site including the reconfiguration of the parking lot, landscaping, and the new addition of a drive-thru to encourage a more pedestrian-friendly space.
