Mauldin Sports Center is one of the premier recreation and wellness centers in upstate South Carolina. Owned and operated by the city of Mauldin, SC, the center was planned and designed to be implemented in several phases.
The initial phase, a 36,000-square-foot facility includes: 3,800 SF cardio and strength training arena, 2,700 SF fitness/aerobics studio, Dual-court 12,800 SF gymnasium, 1/10 mile elevated walking track, 2,100 SF climbing center with 32-foot, 360 degree climbing "rock," Locker rooms, Administrative offices for recreation department and sports center staff, and Sports museum.
Future phases encompassing 26,000 square feet are planned to include: Additional dual-court gymnasium, Natatorium with 6-lane competition pool, Racquetball courts, and Spa with sauna and steam rooms.
