DP3 Architects partnered with Seven Victory to bring their vision of a community-driven fitness experience to life. Located at The Daniel building, this renovation transformed a previous IT storage room and now features a gym, sauna, locker rooms, and a golf simulator room.
Seven Victory blends raw industrial character with high-performance functionality to support a wide range of training disciplines. The expansive, open-layout training space features professional-grade equipment, custom rig systems, and durable high-performance rubber flooring. This addition to downtown Greenville brings new energy to the city’s fitness scene and reflects the area’s continued growth.
