The Park 37 Refresh focused on updating Buildings 300, 400, and 700 through coordinated façade enhancements and lobby renovations that create a more cohesive, contemporary identity across the office park.
Exterior upgrades, including new cladding and signage, give each building a refreshed, cohesive identity, while the renovated lobbies create a contemporary and welcoming first impression.
Spec Suite
The project also included a new spec suite designed to demonstrate the possibilities for future tenant spaces. Featuring conference rooms, private offices, and shared common areas, the suite gives prospective tenants a tangible look at how their workplace could take shape at Park 37.
