Bailey Hall Renovation

As part of the Presbyterian College Campus Master Plan, Bailey Hall has been renovated from a student housing building into an occupational therapy facility.

THE STORY

The academic and clinical training space includes 4 classrooms; complete A/V systems with large-format monitors and control podiums; 4 occupational therapy labs; and 12 faculty offices. The three-story, 17,500 SF building renovation also included all new mechanical, electrical and IT systems. The improvements to the building exterior contribute to the historical district of the College mall and include an enclosure to the exterior porch with Tuscan columns to create a two-story entry lobby. These renovations are focused on strengthening student engagement opportunities on campus.
