DP3 Architects was tasked with designing the interiors for First Community Bank’s new banking office located at 105 North Spring Street in downtown Greenville. The 5,658 square foot office marks the bank’s fourth Upstate location and builds on its three-year presence in the region.

The space features clean lines and modern finishes. Rich wood tones and textiles keep it a welcoming place for clients and employees. To highlight the bank’s connection to Greenville, the bank partnered with Caldwell Constructors and DP3 Architects to create a space that reflects the warmth and vibrancy of the city. The bank also worked with local fine art gallery Art & Light to curate a special collection of original artwork by local artists, Annie Koelle, Kiah Ann Bellows and Jean Wilson Freeman. Their work, displayed throughout the office, ranges from abstracted landscapes to modern florals.
