Smokey Mo’s BBQ has officially opened its latest location in Harker Heights, TX. Guests can expect the same warm Texas hospitality and the signature fast-casual barbecue experience that the brand is known for. With over 20 locations throughout Central Texas and counting, Smokey Mo’s BBQ continues to grow. Each location smokes meats in-house daily, serving up mouthwatering BBQ and homestyle sides seven days a week.

To support their expansion, DP3 Architects partnered with Smokey Mo’s to develop a scalable prototype design. The result is a flexible, fast-casual restaurant concept with a curated kit-of-parts that can adapt to various sites while maintaining the authentic, down-home feel of the brand. Featuring a rustic material palette and clear site lines to the smokers, the welcoming and industrial design reinforces the brand’s identity and celebrates their dedication to BBQ and community.
