Since 2016, First Carolina Bank has remained one of the fastest organically growing banks in the United States and currently maintains a developed presence in North and South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia. DP3 Architects was privileged to partner with First Carolina Bank to design their first branch in The Upstate, located just off I-385 directly adjacent to Bon Secours Wellness Arena.

DP3 Architects helped bring new life to the existing 1960’s office building now home to First Carolina Bank. The 5,573 SF renovation included a reconfiguration of the bank parking lot, a drive-thru addition, new finishes throughout the building, and a new steel-framed. The design and features of the new location allow staff to operate seamlessly with a service-first focus.
