The proposed design preserves the familiar presence of the existing building while introducing a more vibrant and modern space that engages the energy of Main Street. A prominent glass facade brings natural light into the heart of the building and symbolizes transparency in government while creating a stronger visual connection between City Hall and the community it serves.

The renovation relocates City Council Chambers to the first floor, making civic participation more accessible for residents and visitors. The renovation improves work environments for City staff, enhances public access, and provides flexible space to support the City’s future growth and evolving needs.
