DP3 Architects is partnering with the brand on a new Twin Peaks restaurant located in Lakeland, FL. The project involves the comprehensive renovation of an existing 7,082-square-foot Smokey Bones restaurant, accompanied by an 884-square-foot addition and raised dining room extension. The renovation will encompass all aspects of the facility. This includes new exterior finishes, highlighted by the relocation of the front entrance to enhance visibility and accessibility, and the addition of a distinctive lodge-inspired entry tower. Inside, guests can expect an optimized layout featuring a second bar for better service, updated furniture, wall treatments, and custom ceiling installations. From the revitalized kitchen facilities to the upgraded restroom amenities, every aspect of the renovation project will reflect the distinctive Twin Peaks aesthetic.
