DP3 Architects partnered with The Peoples Bank to design their newest branch in Powdersville, SC. For 75 years, The Peoples Bank has been a trusted financial partner throughout Anderson County. This new location stands as a testament to that legacy, blending thoughtful design with modern amenities to better serve the evolving needs of Powdersville residents and businesses. The branch features private offices, customer-focused spaces, and cutting-edge banking technology, all organized around a welcoming, light-filled lobby. Refined millwork and tall arched design elements add warmth and sophistication, reinforcing the bank’s trusted brand identity.

A custom mural by local artist Ryan C. Finley incorporates a timeless work of art that reflects the spirit of the Powdersville community. The monochromatic color palette keeps the design classic yet modern and seamlessly incorporates the rest of the interior design. Featuring Powdersville High School, Middle School, and Elementary School set against a scenic backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the mural brings a sense of place and pride to the space symbolizes The Peoples Bank’s strong ties to its community.

Matrix Construction Company served as the general contractor on the project, helping bring the design vision to life with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
