Recently we partnered with local developer, Collett Properties for this new Starbucks shell. The 2,500-square-foot building contains a covered, outdoor patio and a drive thru. All exterior materials were intentionally selected to be consistent with the Starbucks brand. This is one of many Starbucks DP3 Architects has had the opportunity to work on throughout the Upstate.  Each project is carefully coordinated with the Starbucks team, using their documents as a kit-of-parts to locate critical functions of the brand, such as the drive-thru and dining patio.  Our years of experience with national multi-unit concepts allows us to adapt important brand standards to both prototypical and non-traditional building configurations, assuring that the integrity of the brand is maintained.
