From the farmers who tend to the red-ripe coffee cherries, to the master roasters who coax the best from every bean, and to the barista who serves it with care, Starbucks is committed to both their craft and brand. At DP3 Architects, we are also committed to our craft. Including providing the highest standards of quality and service in our multi-unit rollouts.
Recently we partnered with local developer, Collett Properties for this new Starbucks shell. The 2,500-square-foot building contains a covered, outdoor patio and a drive thru. All exterior materials were intentionally selected to be consistent with the Starbucks brand. This is one of many Starbucks DP3 Architects has had the opportunity to work on throughout the Upstate. Each project is carefully coordinated with the Starbucks team, using their documents as a kit-of-parts to locate critical functions of the brand, such as the drive-thru and dining patio. Our years of experience with national multi-unit concepts allows us to adapt important brand standards to both prototypical and non-traditional building configurations, assuring that the integrity of the brand is maintained.
Whether it’s a custom chef-driven concept or a multi-unit national rollout, DP3 Architects extends a restaurant’s brand to its physical space. Every touchpoint serves as a way to connect with guests and provides an environment of efficiency for team members. Swing by and enjoy a cup of coffee today!
